52 different phone numbers from 877-580-4000 to 877-580-4999 have been reported to the FTC, with 222 complaints in total, 7 of them in the last 90 days. 44% of the complaints describe "Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends". Reports came from 35 states, most often California, Texas and Florida. The earliest complaint on record is from January 31, 2024 and the most recent from October 9, 2026.
Complaints are filed by consumers with the FTC and are not verified. Callers often spoof numbers, so a number listed here may have been faked by a caller rather than used by the person or business it is assigned to. Many complaints spread across consecutive numbers can point to one calling operation rotating through a block, but this page does not identify who placed the calls. How we source this data.
