212 different phone numbers from 518-515-2000 to 518-515-2999 have been reported to the FTC, with 251 complaints in total. No single number in the block has more than 3 complaints, so looking up one number on its own understates how often this block appears in reports. 65% of the complaints describe "Reducing your debt (credit cards, mortgage, student loans)". Reports came from 36 states, most often California, Texas and Illinois. The earliest complaint on record is from February 18, 2025 and the most recent from March 4, 2026.
Complaints are filed by consumers with the FTC and are not verified. Callers often spoof numbers, so a number listed here may have been faked by a caller rather than used by the person or business it is assigned to. Many complaints spread across consecutive numbers can point to one calling operation rotating through a block, but this page does not identify who placed the calls. How we source this data.
